Serbia Fashion Week – Day 5, November 2018

So far, so good for the 11th edition of Serbia Fashion Week. The fifth day had a full program but I managed to go to one of my favorite stores in Novi Sad, The Manual Company. I tell you that I love this store with leather products and that it is a return in time for me whenever I cross his entrance.

Sanja Velickovic from Slovenia opened the fashion show series. Sanja is one of those very cheerful designers who transpose each smile into her creations. Moreover, this time I have seen a perfect colorful collection for confident and lively women. The students of the “Art Future Design” school from Russia have not left behind and have come up with ideas for recycling the materials in their clothes. With a strong influence of elements from traditional Serbian culture, Natasa Zupac has dedicated her collection to women who are proud of Serbia’s culture.

After so many fashion shows, I think a cocktail was well worth it. In addition, what goes well with fashion? A good glass of wine with dear friends.

The bridal gowns opened the catwalk of the second group of presentations. These were the signature of Serbian designer Katarina Andrejic under the Katy Wish brand. Being for the fourth time in Serbia Fashion Week, I knew the next designer would have many entries on the catwalk so I was ready. Bata Spasojevic stormed the catwalk with a casual-sport collection addressed to women and men alike.

Simple lines, clean pattern and carefully stitched seams were the attributes of the Kadet brand collection. With a lot of air couture, Igor Todorovic ended the fashion shows at the Master Center. Using many golden and black brocards, Igor addresses women who are not afraid to stand out at the most festive events of their lives.

The end of the Serbia Fashion Week was a colorful one and the catwalk belonged to those who put the soul in organizing this event. Therefore, in the applause of those present, the volunteers, the organizers, the hair and make-up team, and all those who made it possible for Serbia Fashion Week to take place, stepped on the podium. I would also like to mention the evening hosts that were Svetlana Horvat and Eymeric Francois. The whole day movie, the photos and my outfit from Men`s Club can be viewed below.
